Alright guys, so in various other communities I've run into people who seem to think only WoG statements are valid for statistics, so here's the game where we create stats with only author statements!
No feats because obviously physics work differently in other universes, so we can't calculate or even estimate characters' power. And no statements because those are obviously ALL hyperboles. Power scaling is allowed if the characters fought each other and were implied to be equals in the fight, or if the author (allegedly) stated they were equal. Inter-series comparisons are also allowed, ex JK Rowling stated Harry Potter could beat Percy Jackson.
Here's an example:
Sanji was state early on in One Piece to be capable of breaking 21 wooden bats, there fore his AP is multi-wooden bat level, and as he's stronger post time skip he's clearly multi-wooden bat level+
Since Zoro was allegedly stated to be equal to Sanji he is also multi-wooden bat level+
