This would be considered a "weakness" or "feat"?

Basically, if a character goes something like this for no reason or from the smallest/pettiest reasons possible and doesn't die/kill himself for a very long time (for decades/centuries) - it's feat or anti-feat that he's still alive? Could that sort of "resistance" give him some abilities or no?

Even simplier version: if character is constantly suicidal, but doesn't kill themselves for some reason (non immortality related) - it's a feat or a weakness?
