Well this is mostly just what I've seen but:

Limited Resistance to cold (Shown being virtually unharmed by moving around in snowy/icy weather. He doesn't seem effected by it, more just annoyed or scared that it might derail him).

Standard Equipment: while these aren't standard, his snow plow grants some increased attack or defense, likely only adds increased mobility through rough terrain:/. Also Annie and Clarabel (His coaches), give some help (usually just morally), but could probably provide another set of eyes along with more ideas. Due to them being often attached to Thomas and having the inability to do much else, they aren't really outside help.

Also has the light on the front of his person, not sure if that should just be standard equipment or what.

Why does Thomas have Heat Manipulation? Cause it is never able to be used and he doesn't really control that. Kinda like giving him Light Manipulation. (As said above, should be probably just equipment or something idk)

Btw him derailing doesn't really make him not able to fight, it just makes him not able to turn and can still go forward for a bit. So destroying the tracks doesn't mean automatically winning but does increase chances.

The argument Thomas runs out of fuel is also usually over ranked. Thomas has show being at most, going for day or a tad more if conserving his fuel well. Though the argument is valid though.

Question: When Thomas is being in a fight, should he already be started at top speed to equal things out? Cause if he isn't fast enough the "x steps off the track" argument gets used again and again. My main issue with that is that they aren't going to win by just stepping off the track. They still have to attack Thomas. True most characters aren't likely dumb enough to get on the track but let's say someone like say, a Grizzly Bear is bloodlusted or whatever. Why would the bear get off the track? Anyway sorry the last part of this was just blah blah blah. Just ignore it. Just the abilities should be looked at. All this is just pity on a character who can never get a break XD LOL.

I think that this seems to make sense.

That seems like a severe exaggeration to list though.
