Time stop vs Infinite/Immeasurable speed

Would the ability to stop time in a universe with more axes of space or time, be enough to counter infinite or immeasurable speed?

Having more spatial axes wouldn't change anything, but stopping time in more temporal axes than the Immeasurable Speed Character is typically capable of moving through might. Though it should be noted that some Immeasurable Speed Characters sort of 'leave' time when they do their thing, so really it depends.

Does the same goes for more spatial axes against inf speed?

Even if we apply the spatial axes against inf speed?
Spatial Axes don't have any major effects on Infinite Speed, since the Character wouldn't be trying to move through those axes. A 3-Dimensional Character won't care what happens to the 4th or 5th Dimension.

On the other hand, it doesn't really matter that a large range of temporal axes is stopped. Infinite Speed is moving in 0 Time, which is the same as Stopped Time, so to them, time being stopped just means they get to move normally.

But earlier you said it might work against immeasurable speed, how thought?

Immeasurable Speed and Infinite Speed are different things. Yes, we typically treat one as superior to the other, but that's not always the case.

If you're able to 'walk' back in time, that doesn't mean you can walk to the other side of the planet. You would still need to go back in time, walk at whatever Travel Speed you have across the planet, and then walk forward in time, to make it seem 'instant'.

Some Immeasurable Speed Users already had Infinite Speed, or have it included in their Immeasurable Speed, so that's not an issue. But not always.
