Timeline and lacking space and time

I have a question. If something is devoid of concepts of space and time, is it a part of timeline?

I understand timeline as set of events that happens in a spacetime. I also guess that concepts of space and time govern timelines, not in reverse. So could something lack concepts of space and time, but be included into timeline? Or such places exist outside of timeline?

Well fiction doesn't care less about rules and stuff and It all depends on the context. If something lacks the fundamental requirements to be assigned spacetime coordinates, then it cannot be meaningfully placed on a timeline. At minimum, this would qualify as BDE Type 1.
