1. Overthrowing a government head on without any plan (could be done by some insane skillslop/hax/outstat)
2. Creating a plan to overthrow a government, and successfully executing it without being caught and while being regular human (haxless and physically at least)
3. Same thing as 2nd but it's done in span of 1-10 years
4. Same thing, but in span of 1 day
5. Being forgetful (somewhat moderate, not dementia/amnesia type forgetful)
6. Not understanding algebra after 5th grade (while not having any greater anti-feats than that)
7. Being able to tell when you're getting mind controlled/madness haxxed/mentally deteriorating and hallucinating, and easily telling what's real or not during those things
8. Not being able to speak coherently (once again - without any other major anti-feats)
9. Having 4,5 and 8 anti-feats at the same time and consistently be like that
10. Not being able to understand 1 specific field of activity, despite actively trying to master it
11. Being bad at everything, but not to the point of disability. Just baseline bad, not being able to reach "normal" level in anything
12. Outsmarting ChatGPT
13. Outsmarting old Google AI (trolling, finding loopholes, outperforming it and etc)
14. Creating something FTL, in the world similar to ours (basically it was considered impossible, but character somehow finds the way to do that)
15. Same thing as 11, but very very close to "normal" level in anything
16. Outsmarting a redditor
17. Being dumber than redditor
18. Succefully contributing to VSBW in terms of calcs
19. Faking your address, to the point you couldn't be tracked by government/doxxers
20. Genuinely enjoying Brainrot memes (is it even affecting intelligence scaling or not?)
21. Creating an absolutely new economic system (not necessarily better than already existing though)
22. Same thing as 21, but now it's political party/ideology
23. Being baseline smarter than a dolphin
24. Being talentless despite all efforts, but not bad either (basically everything character does is at mid level, despite his strive for something far far greater)
25. Being able to navigate with navigator in a city that you don't know
26. Understanding quantum physics/mechanics on some baseline level
27. Having VERY inconsistent intelligence feats/anti-feats (literally every day/episode)
28. Creating tools out of materials lying around
29. Same thing but somewhat more advanced (like, creating a pliers, scissors, wrenches, some basic vehicles, explosives and etc)
30. Being able to properly and accurately scale real life animals for VSBW (not just KE or upscalings from other already scaled animals, but also taking into account their builds, physiology and anatomy)

Not really sure it's could be considered "physiological", since I mean things like shizophasia or just inability to structure your sentences/speech into something that could sound normal without making anyone cringe/not understand whatever you say

Basically someone does that without any plan, but I'm pretty sure intelligence could vary by the means they used
In what amount of time? Or do you mean improvising on the spot?

If they don't have any notable feats, they're probably below average.

Also the question about dolphins was more about new fictional species (like, how would you rate their intelligence? High animalistic/Below Average/Average?) or comically dumb characters

"1. Overthrowing a government head on without any plan (could be done by some insane skillslop/hax/outstat)"

That has a lot of factors going in, really:

  • 1) Larger countries are harder to overthrow. E.G. it's easier to overthrow Lithuania than to overthrow Poland.
  • 2) More advanced, industrialized countries are harder to overthrow. E.G. it's easier to overthrow Somalia than to overthrow Germany.
  • 3) The toughest countries are super-powers: think USA, Russia, China, India, or "European Union if taken as a whole".
  • 4) Military and economic blocks are a thing. Overthrow Luxembourg, and you have to deal with all NATO countries ganging up on you.
  • 5) Each country has it's own specifics which make it easier or harder to overthrow.
  • 6) Then, there's "world domination"/"taking over the world" - basically, overthrowing all governments of Earth.

Yep, I knew it would be very variable and was interested in which range variants of that feat would fall (from the lowest or highest)

"4. Same thing, but in span of 1 day"

Unless it's a micro-nation (think Sealand), there's just too many people to defeat. Like, riots take weeks or months to end - thousands to tents of thousands to hundreds of thousands of cops and national guards run around in that case.

This is bluntly unrealistically fast, so it's Extraordinary Genius feat even for tiny countries like Luxembourg.

I agree, though I want to add my thoughts on it.
5. Probably Average but depends on context [that level of forgetfulness could be from environmental details like workload or sleep].
10. Probably Average but also depends on what activity. You could take a Gifted character who is a brilliant Psychologist, and if you asked them to understand Quantum Mechanics, it has the same effect.
12/13. Depends on which part of "Outsmarting". Just trolling those AI is average. But as for Outperforming, you'd need to be specific as to what. If it's a computational thing then it's probably Extraordinary Genius. However, despite the claims, it still isn't PhD level in multiple fields. And it still can hallucinate. So Gifted and above with context.
19: Probably Gifted. Even VPN's can be tracked back to your location, it's just a lot harder.
20. N/A not exactly intelligence related tbh. I can think of a plenty of cases. Someone who is neurodivergent might enjoy that type of content, while still being very intelligent.
21./22. Low Average at minimum. You explicitly said it doesn't have to be better than current systems, so there are people who could make horrible but unique systems if given enough time lol.
23. High Animalistic+/Below Average
The rest I agree with

Thanks for correcting some answers, but context in 5th was more like "person forgets names, events, time at which something happen, what did he do and etc, but not to the point to be a dementia/amnesia patient, just really low but functional level of memory and it could be recovered if someone reminds him of anything"

Also what level of intelligence it requires to outperform AI (Deepseek and ChatGPT) in powerscaling (basically asking them about to which tier some feats scale, and then correcting them after calculating those feats by myself)?

What about being able/unable to use certain weapons? For example:

Smart enough to use:
  • 1-W-S) Club/Baseball Bat
  • 2-W-S) Pointy Stick/Spear
  • 3-W-S) Pet Trained Mongrel Dog
  • 4-W-S) Fire Axe
  • 5-W-S) Sword
  • 6-W-S) Arquebus
  • 7-W-S) Sawn-Off Shotgun
  • 8-W-S) Atchisson Assault Shotgun
  • 9-W-S) AK-47
  • 10-W-S) Barrett M82
  • 11-W-S) Flamethrower
  • 12-W-S) MK-2 Grenade
  • 13-W-S) RPG-7
  • 14-W-S) SMAW
  • 15-W-S) Ford Crown Victora Police Interceptor
  • 16-W-S) Po-2
  • 17-W-S) M1 Abrams
  • 18-W-S) AC-130
  • 19-W-S) 16”/50 caliber Mark 7 Gun
  • 20-W-S) Iowa-class Battleship

Too dumb to use:
  • 1-W-D) Club/Baseball Bat
  • 2-W-D) Pointy Stick/Spear
  • 3-W-D) Pet Trained Mongrel Dog
  • 4-W-D) Fire Axe
  • 5-W-D) Sword
  • 6-W-D) Arquebus
  • 7-W-D) Sawn-Off Shotgun
  • 8-W-D) Atchisson Assault Shotgun
  • 9-W-D) AK-47
  • 10-W-D) Barrett M82
  • 11-W-D) Flamethrower
  • 12-W-D) MK-2 Grenade
  • 13-W-D) RPG-7
  • 14-W-D) SMAW
  • 15-W-D) Ford Crown Victora Police Interceptor
  • 16-W-D) Po-2
  • 17-W-D) M1 Abrams
  • 18-W-D) AC-130
  • 19-W-D) 16”/50 caliber Mark 7 Gun
  • 20-W-D) Iowa-class Battleship

Probably Average. Depends on how you do it tbh. The more searches you try to do the less likely it'll give you the correct answer. Either way, even though they've come a long way there is still a good chance of getting an AI hallucination, so as long as you're able to do algebra it's not a crazy feat. It would be different if it's a supercomputer ig, but best case scenario is processing speed.

I think it would be more of a weakness than an intelligence level itself since it is an anti-feat.
