Why does the wiki list Hit's technique as time-freezing? In last week's episode it's said he time LEAPS(tokitobashi means that by the way), when Goku(who is dumb) says he doesn't understand they tell him(because he's slow) that Hit is pretty much stopping time, again because Goku is dumb and explaining something like that to him is just really hard. I mean he's the type that learns with personal experience.

In this week's episode, Goku repeats a bunch of times that Hit is leaping in time and that he's capable of matching him because of his fighting habits("I'm able to match the world 0.1 seconds in the future"). When Hit upgrades it to 0.2 seconds Goku says that after receiving a few punches he would be able to match that too, but immediately Hit stops 0.5 seconds, slaps Goku a gazillion times and tells him that it's impossible for him to match that.

When Goku goes SSB+ Kaio-Ken x10 and Hit uses the tokitobashi again Goku tells him "The place where I am goes MUCH farther than your time leap" which kinda means he's faster than time or something absurd.

I believe that's just a representation, I mean how do you portray time-leaping?

Even then, when Goku throws the final Kamehameha in this episode the whole gray space thing doesn't appear and instead we just see Hit teleporting which sort of proves that it was just Toei's method of showing what was happening when Hit used his technique.

I get what you mean by the way, not trying to force a discussion, but the characters are repeating a bunch of times that Hit jumps in time and his technique is called time-leaping.

And the final point I made, Goku tells him that he's faster than the time leaping.

no its time Stopping !! and Tokitobashi impoves the more challanged Hit is meaning he can stop time longer !!

If he leapt through time that would put him at a disadvantage as he wouldn't be aware of what Goku was doing in those 0.1 seconds.take this example Goku is preparing a kamehameha and hit leaps through time to the near future where Goku has already prepared it giving hit less time to avoid it.Its simple logic.
