Could someone suggest a website where I can easily edit images online (simple rotating and cropping) and also make transparent png images? Also, no downloadable programmes for this please. I have my reasons.

Okay so I tried pixlr. I can see why @Reppuzan doesn't like it. Took me a while to figure out how everything works.
