@CNBA3 SCP Foundation, the Leviathans are basically a nigh infinite army of Countless-dimensional SCP-682s and other beings on its level, and the Armies of the Undead are the souls of everyone who has ever died in an infinite multiverse transformed into countless-dimensional soldiers by The Brothers Death to combat the Scarlet King

The Old Ones from The Dark Tower had armed divisions so powerful that they not only wiped out their own entire race in their wars, but also spread some sort of viruses/diseases across the infinitely-layered, infinite-dimensional multiverse of The Dark Tower. They also had Enhancer Robots capable of granting normal people reality-warping psychic powers: a single broken/defective one was able to grant a mentally ******** child (I'm not kidding) the ability to heal people's wounds, create weapons made of psychic energy, teleport anywhere in the multiverse and even create a pocket reality which he could shape to his liking.
Judging from the legends and sayings in-series, the various factions of the Old Ones were massive in the scale of their operations as well, having active divisions in just about every part of the multiverse and every "floor" of the Tower itself. They had technology that was capable of altering the fabric of reality, and viewed things like time travel, interstellar travel and permanently curing diseases as everyday activities that they could do on a whim. The majority of their tech was magical in nature as well.
