Wait, do we allow the characters on the same verse on the list as well ? Because Kamen Rider has more than 10 characters who reached Tier 2. One example is Katsumi Daido (Mitsuru Matsuoka) who destroys an alternative universe with his ultimate attack

Or another example is Apollo Geist (Kazuhisa Kawahara), casually merges 9 parallel worlds together

I think only feats from the movie itself can be used, it is a vomposite of the actors not of the characters after all.

sadly, i dont watches much Ultraman, but i heard alot of in-movie villain was able to destroys solar system and galaxies or possibly universe.

And do we count Self-Destruct feat ? Because this feat is pretty dope
