I've updated the list.

I removed Limbo from the list given how ass his profile is right now, and also the fact the verse is utterly dead on this site, so he doesn't really have anyone to defend his position either.

This should be a match up made since Discord has a bunch of abilities that could potentially make this conversation more contentious, despite the massive AP disadvantages at play.
 
I've also added some new things to the OP as to make it more noticeable what are requirements our to place on the list, and a level of entry and continued placement required for the list as well.

Characters also must be physically in the tier they're being requested to place in. This means having Striking Strength on that level.

Slime characters on the (2-C) rating should be upvoted
Or tied with number one giving their immo9 on 2-A range
 
Alucard Hellsing should get the 4th place (speed inequalized), of High 7-C. He speed blitzes anyone before then can activate their bullshit shenanigans, and His paradoxical existence makes it so the only ones that can get a chance at killing/incapaciting Him, are the top 4 anyways

He's supposed to be downgraded from High 7-C, the thread just hasn't concluded yet. So, that's why I didn't add him to the list.

Ignoring How he could just...Eat Him, He can just mind manip him, by touching him, which would be easy considering He is like 25x faster, and has better mobility

Well, I can't comment on this since I don't know Tricky's kit. So, it's better for you to find the person who requested his position and ask him about it. If he concede, I will make the needed changes. If he doesn't, and wants to debate about it. I will wait until that thread concludes before making the changes.

Shuna (Light Novel) => High 6C (#9)
Characters from TSSDK => 6B (#3)
Characters from TSSDK (Diablo, Shion and Yuuki Kagurazaka (LN)) => High 6B (#2)
Diablo (Light Novel) => 6A (#2)

Also, another Tensura character, Honjou Masayuki (Web Novel), should be removed from the #4 in 7B. His profile lacks scans of abilities that made him #4 in 7B, and there is not even a single tensura web novel supporter planing to work on his profile in the mid-future (including me).
 
Wei should be higher in 4A and 3A. He can just beat garou with his passive soul aura.

He should be above Arishem atleast he resist all his hax not to mention his law/concept hax

No he isn't, the last time he is updated is just three months ago.

Anyway, Li Qiye will always have his immeasurable speed faster than his enemies via soaring immortal physique.

That's enough for him to activate his ND type 2 aspect 2 and Aca 5.

So why isn't he number one, i said he's outdated in the list , or are the people above him just inherently stronger?

Anyway, even if we ignore the profile quality, the Lich's range is not enough to affect Clockwork, who has a 2A (4D) HDE. The Lich can destroy all life in the 2A scale with Enchiridion alone, but he can do nothing against Clockwork, which embodies all Space-Time in the 2A scale.
