Top five strongest Non-Smurfs for Every Tier

Like the last one but Warhammer and Getbackers is banned from it so it's instantly more fair.

Basically only characters who don't have higher-dimentional hax or AP then their dimentional level (I.E. a 10D character can't have 11D hax, for example). Even if said hax is pratically useless. This also includes protection from a higher dimentional being and resistances.

I also didn't remove characters from the regular list if they arn't smurfs from what I can tell up until 7-B because after a while I got too lazy. Note that if a character are smurfs and are on this list, this does not mean they are okay. This means that I couldn't tell they were smurfs by their profile.

Admins feel free to add characters when I'm busy.
