I am not sure about this but I don't think that tatsumaki can control the energy of other espers, so she shouldn't be able to control people who's whole thing is fighting and controlling said energy, and besides tatsumaki hasn't shown to be able to control the energy of someone significantly stronger than her.

The AP gap is as follows: (2.487e+32 / 3) / 3.3381052485662e+31 = 2.48x

She's capable of harming him since the gap isn't some extreme number like 10x. Combined with her being a quadrillion times stronger there's nothing he can do.

After fighting for a long time while holding back, which then accumulated damage.

In character against new opponents she almost always goes for a restrain or a psionic twist. The latter Nappa can maybe withstand but the former will completely incap him.

Except one shot outright since she never opens up at full power and this is in character.

"A long time" was about 5 minutes, shown by the Drive Knight scene after Tatsumaki was already done. Not very long at all to be honest. Not very hard to outrun the clock for Nappa.

But never at full strength, she powered up at least 5 times against Psykos compared to her norm. She opens up weaker than Gyoro so that's like...Class G.

She can't sense other types of energy since she had no clue about Boros, doesn't recognize Saitama or Genos' power, etc. So she wouldn't know she needed full power anyway and wouldn't do it. Not only that but the fact he's stronger than her with his ki, which would already be active via SBA, she just wouldn't damage him. Using her in character is stupid because she's arrogant and holds back a lot.

Even when Tats wasn’t trying she was still leagues above Gyoro Gyoro’s Class T LS, which still far surpasses Nappa’s LS.
