So basically, I noticed this feat in my re-read of this series, and I decided to calc it to give anyone who scales above Polar Claw and Saberbark an actual vallue instead of just "Much higher then almost baseline 9-A", here's what I propose:
Terrorsaur, Razorbeast and Airazor would upscale from the lower 9-As, with a possible/at most rating for this new vallue
Megatron, Optimus Primal, Dinobot, Tigatron: Directly scale to this feat
That should be it

- Terrorsaur is shown surviving a blast from Megatron, which greatly injured him, was able to one shot Nyx (9-B+) and, in his zombie form, he was able to hurt both Rhinox and Dinobot, as well as tanking a hit from Rhinox. However, Rhinox was later able to easily defeat Zombie Terrorsaur so, while not too far behind, Terrorsaur is not equivalent to them
- Razorbeast is around equivalent to Terrorsaur, so he should scale to him
- Airazor, much like Terrorsaur, one shot Nyx and was able to hurt Optimus Primal
Megatron, Optimus Primal, Dinobot, Tigatron: Directly scale to this feat
- Megatron obviously scale to his own feat
- Optimus Primal is shown to be a rival to Megatron, with Megatron being unable to cut him in half like he did with Saberback, so Optimus directly scales above Saberspark and is relative to Megatron
- Dinobot was able to hurt and knock Megatron out of his feet and, similarly to Optimus Primal, Dinobot was not killed by Megatron chomping him (With an added point that Dinobot was recovering from near death wounds). Dinobot is also shown one-shotting Tarantulas as supporting evidence he is superior to the lower 9-As
- Tigatron was able to fight Optimus Primal, so he scales to him
- Skold is directly stated to be the strongest Predacon by Dinobot, a fact that is never contested by Megatron
- Rhinox can keep up with Skold
