Trench Crusade Discussion Thread

I have never had my words censored, and I've worked with some pretty grotesque verses, but depending on what you're including, then. Yeah. Try cutting it back. Fandom does have policies on these things, don't include shit that truly does not need to be mentioned.

They need to be published, not blogs. Even just one published character profile would be fine, at that point you could make the verse page.

He's new and doesn't know how that work
you would also be allowed to explain, if you knew that

So. @JayaReal To publish a profile, take the source code from your blog-- you can literally click "Edit" on your blog, ctrl + c all of the text in it-- and then click the page icon in the top right hand corner of the wiki- it will be to the left of the three dots icon. This is the button to create a new page. When you've clicked it, ensure you're in Source Editor, and then ctrl + v to paste all of the contents of your blog into it.

Afterwards, you should figure out which Categories the profile needs. On the most basic level, this includes:
  • The tier (both the broad tier, e.g., "Tier 10", and the specific tier, e.g., "Tier 10-B"). If you've formatted the tier correctly (i.e., '''[[Tiering System|Tier]]:''' {{10-B}}), this should be automatically applied, meaning you do not need to add these.
  • All abilities the character has (excludes things like Superhuman Physical Characteristics, but includes most; "martial artists", "acid users", "reality warpers", etc)
  • The verse (in this case, "Trench Crusade")
...it should also include less fundamental, but still used, categories. These include things like "Game Characters". As Trench Crusade does not have physical books and is published entirely online, this would also include "Internet Characters". Also, if a character is a specific one (rather than a general one, like a creature or a particular military unit), then you can also include that character's gender (e.g., "Male Characters"). This should cover pretty much all categories you'll need.

Is it like this?

Can you copy some of my blogs? (As far as I remember, anyone can do that if it's just copying.)
If you can, can you help me add these blogs to the wiki?
Berikut beberapa blog yang dapat ditambahkan ke wiki:
If possible, I am very busy with school and extracurricular activities.
If I could, I would.

Remember what I said about "only you could edit you blog". To copy a blog you need to click EDIT which something only the blog creator and staff members like Mr. Bambu could do.

So, I will do it, but you should still be able to see the source code of things you can't edit (like other people's blogs).

I can post the profiles, though I'd like you to learn to do it on your own- I promise it's more straightforward than it sounds. This also gives us the opportunity to workshop them a bit.

The profile you posted above does need some work, also. It looks like a pretty good first attempt but there's some things we need to address. A lot of sections are just blank (Stamina, Intelligence), and none of the stats are backed up (no linked calcs or common feats). There's other minor issues (capitalization of "Trench Crusade", currently it is "Trench crusade"; also capitalization of "At least", currently its "at least"; the "Gender" section is split into two keys despite the profile itself not being split like that, etc)

I have fixed it.

Just noticed the Baba yaga's house around Siberia 🤣. What's the deal with that ?

Is the book a rulebook, or an art book?

I saw some blogs pages on this verse, if a caracther is only specified as superhuman with no calcs the caracther should be 9C not 9B no? If there are no informations on where he scales a generic "superhuman" scales above peak human so its 9C? Im sorry i was courious on the verse i dont know much on it

9-C is peak human, 9-B is baseline superhuman (literally, we base our bottom values of 9-B on being just above the absolute best of human feats)

Wait Peak human is under 2000 joules (in real life a human punch is at best in the 1k while a kick cant go over 2000+), 9C is up to 15000 joules then 9B starts at 15k, 9C should be the perfect tier for a generic superhuman becouse you have no informations on if the caracther is over 15k joules.

A Gorilla is superhuman but its 9C, a caracther who can crush a human skull is superhuman but its 9C. So if those caracthers are just stated to be superhuman they should be 9C if you want you can say at best possibly 9B (but superhuman by this logic means evry tier over peak human)? Becouse you have no informations that states that they should be around 9B? Im not an expert tho.

In my oppinions they caracthers should be 9C if they are stated just to be "Superhumans".

They're fighting Hell demons on roid, of course they're beyond regular human physique

I'll try to find some feats

Yeah no i get it, but just "Superhuman" is 9C, if you can find maybe the demons size or durability (Or some statements or feets that are commons feets) you could justify putting them at 9B.
9C is still a cool tier. (Im new to the verse idk what yall found, i think its a good idea to try and found the demons size? They look tall enough to be able to reach 9B? Its a good idea?)

9-C contains peak humans. 9-B is superhuman. That's just how it is, man.

Entirely unrelated: I went to the barber shop today and wore my Trench Crusade hoodie and the dude was super elated to see it. I've had this thing for like six months and it is the first time anyone knew what it was. it was kinda awesome.
