Tsubaki is listed as using real light in her attacks, which makes all of BlazBlue FTL. however, nobody actually reacts to any Light-based attacks and it's just drawing light in as Izayoi.

yes they do. Like nearly every single part of her attacks are basically light based as it's part of what the Izayoi does, nearly all of her abilities is her utilizing that light for attacks.

Everyone can dodge her light based normals using backdash, even Tager.

None of them are actual light-based attacks though
They're all just forming shit like hardlight constructs, like wings

They are. That's literally what her entire schtick in the game is, she gets the light around her and all of them are amped by the light she takes in when she fights. And she has like multiple projectiles that are made from the Izayoi itself.

It's literally stated to be light in Phase Shift 4 when her mother used it to repel Black Beast's seithr. It's literally coming from electromagnetic waves from the atmosphere, they are light.

And where is it shown she's moving at the same speed and not just "my fancy attack is coated in a fancy aura now"?

A lot of her attacks are her amping herself to that speed. Anyone who's played BlazBlue, let alone Tsubaki would know that's where she gets most of her mileage in like any fight.

She amps her attacks with a light aura. THat doesn't at all imply she's moving in tandem with ******* lightspeed.

Light aura isn't the only thing she gets from using the Izayoi. She literally fires out light and uses that light to attack really fast.

Using light and amping with light is literally her mechanic. Play online for 10 minutes and you know that.
