X Drive gives her self-sustenance in space. I don't see why it can't give that in water since I'm sure it's the same Self-sustenance type

From the calcs, it was sub relativistic. Tsubasa herself should be at least FTL reaction speed via powerscaling from Hibiki. Besides, Tsubasa in many occasions has shown to easily get airborne for sufficient periods of time.

Not likely, at least. Keep in mind that Kyogre's ability is rather passive, though.

Neither are Tutor/TM moves. Body Slam is a Level up Move and Thunder is from Pokémon GO. BTW, we don't allower neither TM or Tutor moves for Pokémon

I won't believe the last statement, but I'll just remind that Tsubasa's go-to special move, Blue Flash, is Electricity-based. Whether or not that can also induce paralysis via virtue of the element type's properties, I'm not sure yet. I may need to do rewatches at some point.

Tsubasa's likely to be in Ignite Module, which will give her an advantage in speed and physicals. She'll easily overpower if Kyogre goes in close for a body slam, and she has a decent chance to avoid thunder. If it hits, that's still only a 30% chance of paralysis.

Tsubasa's paralysis on the other hand doesn't even need to directly hit (only needing to hit Kyogre's shadow), is aimed at a larger target, and has a guaranteed chance to work.

I don't even think she needs X Drive to put down Kyogre, though. I also forgot....Heaven's Wrath can act as an extremely durable shield.
