Scorpion FRA. And remember, Tsunayoshi doesn't have resistance to corruption or transmutation, Scorpion wins because if this fight takes place in the nether-realm, Scorpion will keep getting more and more power as they battle. Remember that the nether-realm is a living hell that in which can twist any being into a vicious monster by affecting their souls. For instance, after an intense battle in the Netherrealm, Sareena lost control of her human form due to the realm's dark energy. Not only that but Scorpion has teleportation advantages. If you think logically Scorpion would win from all of his abilities and or resistances/advantages to boot.
