So this idea has just recently popped into my mind for this kind of formatting which is referring to this page. And I'll explain it in detail.

Thread's Premise

You know how some TV shows has multiple episodes in 1 episode? For instances like Powerpuff Girls, Courage the Cowardly Dog, etc. The reference tutorial goes like this:

Anime, Animated Series, TV Series and Webseries

  • [Series name]; S [Season number] (If any); Ep. [Episode number].

But what is my suggestion for this optional instance?

If the said series has multiple episodes in a single episode:

  • [Series name]; S [Season number] (If any); Ep. [Episode number] [Episode Part 1/Episode Part 2]
Note: It is recommended to always bold the specific episode if that's being referred to in question along with this additional note "Note: When a single reference is in bold, this means that it is the exact episode where the specific feat/scan is located." See this profile for a prior example.

That's all. Won't be mandatory though.

Honestly, you actually created the staff thread before me. You are faster, you won. Anyway, I agree, it was my plan to discuss it.

I almost thought I was the one with the idea considering that I've basically invented this kind of formatting towards this page. But glad I'm not the only one.

I could see this being fine. Gladly it's not mandatory cos IMO sometimes it could be a pain in edition.

Some bonus thing I’d recommend on the topic of anime/TV/webseries: Along with bolding the exact episode it happens in in a back-to-back format episode, I feel that the exact timestamp of a certain feat/ability/statement should be listed so they would know where to look when they want to be quick. Especially since there are some instances where episodes can potentially go up to an hour long. As an example, see here.

That actually doesn't sound like a bad idea, thanks for the addition

That's great idea 🙏

I also think that this seems uncontroversial to apply.

Timestamps should probably only be optional though.

Is some experienced member here willing and able to properly apply this change please?

Yes, that seems fine to me.

Bump, we could use someone's experience to apply this

Well, I could temporarily unlock the page in question if you are able and willing to apply your intended changes to it on your own.

Here is simply the draft, and it needs to be added in the "references" page. The page is currently locked:
To properly label a series that contains multiple episodes in one episode, follow this format:

[Series name]; S[Season number] (if applicable); Ep. [Episode number] [Episode Part 1/Episode Part 2].

It is suggested to bold the particular episode when referring to it in a question or discussion.
Additionally, include the note "Note: When a single reference is in bold, this means that it is the exact episode where the specific feat/scan is located."

For an example, refer to this profile.

It is also recommended to include the exact timestamp of a specific feat/ability/statement in addition to bolding the exact episode in a back-to-back format to the current draft for labeling a series with multiple episodes in a single episode. This will provide viewers with an even more streamlined approach to finding specific content within lengthy episodes. An example of this can be seen here.

For an example, check this profile

Please note that this is optional and not mandatory.

I will unlock it for you. Tell me here when you are done please. 🙏

I have unlocked the page:

I am not sure if it is a good idea to use example links, as the pages can be revised to use different formatting later on.

Maybe wiki-hosted screencapture images can be linked to as examples instead?

It seems fine to me. Thank you for helping out. 🙏

You can probably apply the intended changes here now.

I have implemented the changes as instructed, although I have made some adjustments to the initially intended modifications. This was done in light of the suggestion to use images instead of pages for the examples. Please check and confirm if the changes are acceptable.

You were supposed to use the images instead of the actual pages since the formatting of those pages could likely change

Edit: Never mind, you've handled that already. So it's fine either way

Wait, if I recall correctly, I believe that prior to your comment, I had already replaced the examples with images?

Edit: I even explicitly mentioned in the message you quoted, that I replaced the page examples into images instead.
