^^^, Conditions for the first round, Abel gets to sneak attack & get the first hit I mean, Lee can turn the tide, but it's better than nothing. Abel also has prior knowledge & 36 hours of prep time. Speed is equal & both combatants have 1 arm rather than 2 like in the canon.

This is rather interesting. Assuming the paramilitary organization Abel works in doesn't have formal training, they should be similarly skilled.

Lee is also pretty used to sneak attacks and was able to demonstrate the ability to turn it around so... I think I might vote Lee for this
 
Funnily enough, Abel lacks both stealth and preparation in his abilities, so I am not sure what to do here.

But aside from that, Lee was shown to react to most, if not all sneak attacks, and he should be stronger, since Abel scales to an adult teenager I think (In a zombie apocalypse, so even weaker)?
