I don't know much about either character, but seems Altaire can bfr easily. Xial does not have any countermeasures and dimension travel ability.

She then engulfs her with Cubes, restaining her momentarily
She theen shoots Antimatter projectiles at her, which negates her immortality an regeneration, killing her
Altaire's death nuke goes boom, killing High Celebrant

Both die, thus incon

Hm, is there any way for Xial to resist her passives? Things like her paralysis inducement, alternate future display, and her whole aura of lightning that can drive others to fear and outright protect her? Cuz I completely forgot about those

All of High Celebrant's abilities and resistances are 6d, she does resist paralysis, she is type 2 and 4 Acausal on a 6d scale.

She thinks and Altaire is engulfed by Cubes and killed by Antimatter bullets.

High Celebrant cannot survive her death nuke however, making this an incon

How potent is the Power Null of the cubes? Cuz the power null of Overdrive pretty much works on a 4-D scale, which she resisted.

As I said, all of her abilities have 6d potency. It would not null her death nuke however
