Only way i see Waybig winning is to reflect Ultraman's attack back at him, but Ultras in general have survived being hit with their own beams, only time their beam is a threat to them is when they are weakened or exhausted. So after reflecting the spacium beam the first time, Waybig needs to wait until Ultraman's color timer goes off (which he doesn't know about) and hope Ultraman shoots another spacium beam at him so he can redirect it a second time. Only problem is Ultraman, after seeing Waybig reflect his beam, would probably start using the Ultra slash, which is 5x his normal AP, and one shot Waybig.
So yeah, I'm voting Ultraman

his bfr is because of sending vilgax to space with bare hands, Ben's Waybig didn't use cosmic storm in the serie, cosmic disc is not nothing impressive

So? He can carry Ultraman and throw it away. It's literally on the Way Big page, and Evil Way Big is actually Way Big, but the Albedo switch (bc Albedo merged with DNA every two spaces and can change its shape to any Alien). The Cosmic disc can go back and go in all directions and is an updated version of Cosmic Ray.

he wouldn't close the range between both of them ultra man would use his beam before he can close the range, maybe but Ben didn't use in the serie so this is not combat applicable
 
Man has better abilities and could just penetrate WayBig’s skin using the Ultra Slash, or use his paralysis-Ultra Slash combo.
 
So the way i see this goes is:
• Ultraman starts with cqc
• Waybig gets slightly overwhelmed before using his superior LS to restrain Ultraman
• Ultraman hits him with kicks or headbutts until his grip loosen up
• Ultraman goes immediately for the kill by firing his spacium beam
• Waybig reflects it back at Ultraman
• best case scenario Ultraman gets hit, worst case scenario he dodges
• assuming he got hit, Ultraman would either use his ultra slash as a melee weapon or hits Waybig with the paralysis-Ultra slash combo
Unless Waybig summons the cosmic storm immediately after reflecting the Spacium beam, he's getting hit by the ultra slash, assuming he would use it in character. As for BFR, its not really useful here since Ultraman could just fly back to the fight
