I'd give it to Ultron via intelligence, flight, & the ability to posses machines. With a day of prep time, he'd probably make an army of Ultrons to overwhelm Drill Sergeant. Even if Drill Sergeant gets past Ultron's prep time & machine control, he still has to deal with a flying opponent who has greater intellgence.

He doesn't have much of a way to avoid being possessed or dealing with an army, but Flying shouldn't be a problem since almost all their attacks home in on the target. But yeah vote added.
