Let’s say in a verse time is undimensioned, it’s beyond the concept of it, what tier would time be?

Please elaborate on what you mean by "undimensioned". Dimensions are typically spatial, time is a temporal dimension so it doesn't really have an axis, although you can technically still measure it as a type of "distance"; "the point in time when something exists or does something". World lines explain this for example.
