Wither. It's Wither Effect would probably toss away any chances Undyne has of regenerating via Determination especially since she can't just simply reset since her small sample of determination is obviously incapable of doing that.

Um, I honestly cannot see the Wither losing here. Undyne can't fly, right? And the Wither can simply win via BFR and destroying literally the whole underground in this fight. It gets one lucky hit on Undyne, and she withers into a screaming pile of dust.
