Orlok never really fights but can be assumed to lead with hax, given that's basically all he does in the movie, how about the other guy

Julian will probably try to subdue Orlok with his gaze, and if that doesn't work he will physically fight him (with his teeth, his claws, his fists, kicks).
The vampires of Fevre Dream hunted prehistoric animals (and Julian probably did it himself) so they are particularly savage in combat.

H2H doesn't really matter, Julian doesn't resist Orlok's hax and that's what he's gonna go with. Even if they did get into a fight while Orlok has no combat feats he is capable of becoming invisible which I would consider the greater advantage
