Since Dragon Ball got some changes (only cosmology but eh), this can be done now.

This is Toei Pre Fourth Zenkai Vegeta vs Early Cell Arc Manga SSJ Vegeta. Speed is equalized and fight takes place same on Earth as canon.

Toei Vegeta scales to Toei first form Frieza at above 6.3225 KiloQuettatons while Manga SSJ Vegeta scales to 5.929 KiloQuettatons

Saiyan Prince: 1

Also Saiyan Prince: 6

Incon:

So, uhhh.... Manga Vegeta is more experienced and has a slightly bigger arsenal of techniques but Anime Vegeta is stronger than him by a small amount. I feel like Manga Vegeta just takes this inherently, especially if they go for a Beam Clash since the Big Bang Attack is described as a more pinpoint and precise variant of the Gallick Gun that takes less time to charge up seemingly from its shown usages.

I'll mention that Anime Vegeta has a stamina advantage since he's not being drained by Super Saiyan Grade 1 like Manga Vegeta is, but I don't think it's a big enough edge in its own to earn him the W unless he fights really out of character here.

Vegeta's stamina is significantly lower as a Super Saiyan. This man was able to take a Kaio-ken x3, a full power Kamehameha, a Spirit Bomb and he still was able to easily beat the Z-Fighters, including an Ōzaru Gohan.

On the other hand, Vegeta started losing against 18 pretty early in their fight. Trunks even points out that Vegeta can hold his own against her until he starts quickly losing his stamina.

It's true that the Big Bang Attack could potential give Manga Vegeta a quick win, but Toei Vegeta can already sense Ki at this point and would realize the danger of that technique. Plus, Toei Vegeta has far superior Lifting Strength so he could potentially immobilize Manga Vegeta until he can't move or use any of his superior techniques anymore.

I'll vote Toei Vegeta for now.

Wouldn't it not work because Anime Vegeta is somewhat stronger and Anime Vegeta also has Dirty Fireworks?
True, but its still worth considering since he's the more experienced and skilled fighter here so he knows how this tactic works better than his "Past" self does.
