Velociraptor vs Pteranodon

Velo
vs
Male Pteranodon

A raptor is hunting some food until a pteranodon sees the raptor and is hungry so it swoops towards it.

SBA

20 kg Pteranodon

Size advantage and one shot potential via beak to the head, chest neck etc. Velociraptor's only shot is if he jumps on the pteranodon back

Velociraptor: 0

Pteranodon: 1

The raptor may be able to jump on it's back and it's claws can help harm the pteranodon.

Yes, but i don't think velociraptor's damage on average would be immediately lethal to the pteranodon or crippling. But it is indeed a concern.

If the raptor hurts the wings it can easily cripple the pteranodon.

Yeah in a general sense it would screw over the pteranodon but it won't render the pteranodon unable to fight - that's what i meant.

Also the raptor survived things worse than a pteranodon beak and the pteranodon's diving is a kamikaze.
