My reason why his massive LS advantage is moot is because Carnage absolutely despises the Venom of his world, and Raimi-verse Venom does not look that different. It'll be all the same to Carnage, and thus he'll go in straight for the kill with no holds barred. Coupled with the fact that his starting abilities give him a huge range advantage, that being tentacles, tendrils, blades, and many sharp projectiles, Raimi-verse Venom will be absolutely overwhelmed. And unlike Sony Venom, his regen isn't potent enough to handle this many attacks, especially not with Carnage's noticeable if not huge AP advantage.
I mean, Raimi’s Venom is slimmer and smaller than the Venom that Carnage knows, that along with his vastly different voice and the spider emblem on his chest would probably assume that this Venom is a different person.
Yeah but all he wants to see in this world is carnage so his confusion and the differences between his Venom and this one won't mean much.
