BFR is only if Dante goes inside her mouth.

Resurrection is only of people, not herself.

Law Manipulation is only inside her Realm, which is her stomach (but it doesn't matter, because if Dante enters there, he's already done for)

I think that Fate manip works more so for her ghosts.

Durability negation and the ghost coming back after being destroyed is only thing that Dante has to actually worry about.

DMC3 Dante has literaly 0 hax beside his Quicksilver, while The Preeminent has the stuff I mentioned along with Disintegration and Cursing, which Dante can't do anything about

Anyway, literally a single slash from Vergil is enough to kill it, as it's regen isn't enough for negating a clean gash across the organs.

This is also counting that Vergil is far more expirienced and overall skilled then it as shown by his ability to instantly recognize and use weapons/Different fighting styles

The Preeminent's huge, and I don't think that she has internal organs (aside from her stomach, whioch is litterally another dimension, but you don't wanna go there). And about experience, well, go ask the hundreds of ghost warriors he's gonna go against, that can turn him into a ghost too by huitting him.

Hunter has passive time slow and a entire armory for killing ghosts. Arguably, she would die if she killed The Preeminent inside herself, but IDK.

Alright, what does Vergil start with? That can really determine what happens since TP passively spits out ghosts that are all pulling the terrain into her, possesing people, turning people into ghosts, all that jazz. If there are people around, TP, gets a massive army and power boost. If not, Vergil now has a ghost army waiting to mow him down.
