Mario's "wincon" is to one-shot but even then it's useless. To quote what others said.

On the other hand, BtD and D4CU basically mean that killing him conventionally is essentially meaningless. Completely damning Mario of course is UNDERSTAND which basically means that the moment the fight begins, all of Mario's powers and resistances will have bee copied and improved upo rendering them useless against Kars. Of course he could feasibly win if he one-shot both Kars and D4CU at the same time but I doubt he'd nuke the immediate area to kill Kars since he isn't aware that D4CU could bring in another Kars."

That's not a valid reason, his ap is useless since he needs to deal with two people. Unless defeating them at the same time only via physical attacks, he doesn't win. It's a stomp.

I think the rule was Vs Threads can continue, but matches getting added is considered halted for similar reasons as Content Revisions.

In the Stomp Thread page it clearly says that this fight isn't a stomp:
"Both characters are otherwise evenly matched in terms of stats and abilities, but one has Regenerationn that the other cannot easily surmount."'
This example for a Decisive/Non-Stomp Match fits perfectly that Mario vs Kars, so it should be added

Only Mario doesn't have evenly matched abilities. All of his moves get copied + the addition of Kars' powers. All Mario gets at this point is his physical strength, which won't do shit here as explained above. He gets heavily outhaxxed as nothing he uses will have effect.
