Skill= Jinbe or almost equal, Vetto is "Genius" for matching Yami and Mereo and treating Asta and Kiato like kids, Jinbe should be superior to Pre-time skip Luffy (Post is debatable) and is the best gyojin karate artist of One Piece which gives him a massive durabilty negation option that would easily end the fight

Jinbe can range spam but Vetto can easily use defensive spells to just negate the attacks and can close the gap with his speed cheeta spell

I don't have a clue of who can win, Jinbe has the instawin botton if landed, but Vetto could survive with with an arm completely destroyed from his body and this Vetto is leagues above that body who was not fully reincarnated , also if he decides to curse Jimbe, his arms are gonna be incapacitated

Vetto STILL has my vote. Vetto's AP is more than jinbei's dura but not vice versa. Secondly you can forget chip damage because vetto can conjure near indestructible shields to stop him.

He can't rip Jinbe apart without any significant advantage in AP.

Jinbe is a master martial artist and can negate durability with his main fighting style. That's his wincon here.

Whilst vetto has demonstrated reading ki, better versatility and a healing factor. Vetto still has my vote

Yeah, WW notably upscales from the value IIRC, and Jinbe broke his fingers with sheer durability, then onetapped him.
