Ultima plans to revise the entire thing down the line at some point.

The interface that most defensive powers can't exist without their dimensional plane is not unreasonable, the NEP page goes over this.

I think Acausality Type 3 should be at least Mid-Godly level. Characters need abilities that work in the tier 2 range or abilities such as time travel, interdimensional range, dimensional travel to kill acausality type 3 characters. (at the lowest level of acausality type 3)

I agree, the practical applications of both abilities in fiction are mostly at the High-Godly level.

Yes, Acausality Type 3 is generally harder to deal with.

I thought that someone with Dimensional Manipulation should interact with TD 3 or Acausality 5 should they not? I have heard that extreme defensive abilities only work on the dimensional plane that they're on, so someone with DM which is described as manipulating more than 3 dimensions should affect someone with standard TD3 but they're 3-D.

According to what I read from this thread, it says that information type 2 is not as abstract as cm2. Is this right? Can u give me the reason? But if so, what about the Being plot?

Basically without any extra evidence Informaton Type 2 is still relient on reality, which means its on the same level as Type 2 Concepts

Standard Type 2 Information and Concepts should be about the same, they are both abstract metaphysical constructs that shape the world while still having a connection to the world. Narrative varies more because of how it's entirely dependent of the view of the writer and their cosmology; it can be lesser then concepts and information or beyond even Type 1 Concepts.
