The profiles suck rn so I'm just gonna go off memory and what I can find mostly. While you can argue that Waluigi is stonger cause he can match Bowser, Diddy Kong is a lot more nimble and can fight better at a range with his Peanut Popguns. Along with how fast his Rocketbarrel Packcan fly, Diddy Kong shouldn't have a problem keeping distance and shooting Waluigi til he goes down. Waluigi doesn't have a good way to counter this since Diddy Kong can avoid or knock back anything he sends at him. Also iirc Diddy Kong has better healing and Invulnerability options since he has the same things Waluigi has on top of stuff he gets from the DK games. He can also just get rid of Waluigi with Red Card, which I think is funny.

Waluigi should be able to reflect back any popgun peanut thrown at him, red card relies on waluigi being a sitting duck and waluigis own super ability gives him a small speed amp. Given how speed is also equal, and waluigi can temporarily double his speed. I doubt waluigi is gonna let diddy kong heal

The popgun's shots are pretty fast and have homing properties, so Waluigi is gonna have a very hard time reflexing them all.

It appears instantly, so Waluigi won't have time to react before being pulled up and out of the fight.

Given how speed is also equal, and waluigi can temporarily double his speed.

Iirc that's only really for travel speed, which doesn't really help him here.

I doubt waluigi is gonna let diddy kong heal

Like I noted before, Diddy can easily distance himself from Waluigi using the Rocketbarrel Pack, and he shouldn't have a hard time jetting away for a second to heal if needed.

Also gonna note that Waluigi has no answer to Guitar Gazump's AOE, which is strong enough to one-shot nearby enemies.

Does popgun even do High 6-A Damage? Waluigi having a speed amp by default matters a lot and he can still contact diddy kong in the air, Guitar is def a solid win con even if it requires diddy kong to play for 3 seconds so its not instant.

Not really, since it just boosts his movement speed and Diddy is still gonna be faster with the Barrel Jet.

Guitar is def a solid win con even if it requires diddy kong to play for 3 seconds so it’s not instant.

it freezes enemies in game but assuming that’s just a game mechanics thing, Diddy Kong shouldn’t have a problem flying away to make space beforehand if needed.

While yeah, Bowser certainly outscales Waluigi, outright beating him is something that Diddy straight up is not capable of.
