Knights trained from the age of 7 to be honorable killing machines with like a dozen weapons while in armor and they don't just stop training once they reach knighthood at 21. One would embarass Adam in skill. Bringing up his abilities really doesn't matter, because at that point, there's no skill involved. It's Adam being an Archangel who can fire beams with wide AoEs. Anyone with that capability can be as unskilled as they want because they quite literally couldn't miss the broad side of the Barn unless they were trying to miss it.

Like, dude. Even if you had your way up to the highway, you're never changing that Hazbin is just not a verse that focuses a ton on sheer skill. There's no ridiculous moments where in the heat of combat while grounded and practically surrounded by soldiers Adam silently communicates with Lute and she communicates back before strolling out of the frenzy of battle because the rest of the army routed and the objective failed. With people who could be called comparable in speed.

So Hank is just brainless and doesn't know how conductivity works?
His pseudo TP still guarantees Hank can never create any real distance from Vox, and staying that close to a guy who’s constantly generating electricity isn't gonna end well.
Physically restraining Hank with his wires does still null basically all of Hank's options, so Vox can really do anything by that point.
