Homelander was able to oneshot a hero who could melt tanks, making his AP higher than 14 Tons of TNT. The Warhammer Titan on the other hand was able to badly damage Eren, who can harm Reiner, who in turn survived an explosion estimated to be 72.86 Tons of TNT, making her AP 5x higher than Gnomelander’s.

While this isn’t enough to oneshot (The AP difference needs to be at least 7.5x or higher to be a oneshot), WH Titan can still cause some nasty piercing damage if Homie isn’t careful. Looking at her fight against Eren, she can easily catch Homelander off guard by summoning spikes out the ground and mashing him to paste with her hammer, and she is also shown to be strategic, being able to take advantage of an opponent’s openings, and Homelander isn’t regarded as a fighting genius, he’s just a homicidal asshole who just flexes his power and fame on everyone. Omni-Man in Death Battle said it best, he’s never had to pick on somebody his own size before.

Even if Homelander is able to avoid WH’s attacks, he won’t be able to get past her healing factor, as she’s capable of regenerating from pretty much nothing. So yeah, Warhammer Titan stomps

Hmm a brute physical person with 5x lower ap VS Someone with both ranged hax and physicals, can hide away their true location and encase their body in armour Homelander is too weak to break through. Oh and they also have mid high regen which Homelander has no way of dealing with.
