Weird High 3-A Technicality

Hypothetically: If there was a character with average human level attack potency, but infinite speed/stamina and High 3-A durability; would they technically be High 3-A by virtue of being able to make an infinite amount of attacks?

Normally, Even if your fist is just only at normal strength, at infinite speed, the force behind your attack should also be infinite. But well fiction is kinda weird sometime...

It wouldn't really count I think, since it wouldn't be in one punch.
isn't destroying something infinite or producing infinite energy in a finite amount of time High 3-A, regardless of how many punches thrown? it's why Anti-Monitor is 2-A with his cannon despite him not destroying the multiverse immediately
