SnowAgumon would resist Weiss's main ice attacks (why isn't his most obvious resistance on his file?....) and any hit from him would obliterate her mind and soul. Not to mention the decent AP gap. Not to mention the possibility of Power Mimicry, meaning after seeing any of her skills, assuming this is a very intelligent SnowAgumon (for Digimon fights, intelligence should be specified btw), he'd be able copy any of her techniques by seeing them.
