What does a character get if it exists "on every plane"?

My guess is either some sort of acausality, or nigh-omnipresence. But I'm unsure when it comes down to it.

Specifically, it is this claim I am trying to figure out.

"You take your reality for granted. I exist across every plane. You exist in only one, for now. The cosmic pathways open to me. Your attacks glance my form. I exist because of you. I exist MORE than you."

All I know for sure is that planes, in this context, is referring to parallel universes, rather than higher dimensions or other planets. And that at least two of those planes are opposite of each other, and nothing should be able to exist in both at once.

Oh no, it's almost definitely a 3D.

Idk how they could be "more real" and still be 3d, but he could have Duplication and Dimensional Travel, allowing him to be 3d, and exist in multiple universes.

But, if he exists "Because" of the other characters, is "more real", and 3d attacks simply "glance (his) form", then you have a pretty strong case for this character being an astral projection of a 4d being.

He could just be a concept, which would still put him at a higher dimensional level in most cases.

What I gave was the entire context. The only thing that might be (but probably isn't) related the character says, other than that is "All of space and time, and yet never fully.", and that sentence is made with absolutely no context whatsoever. So I guess I'll run with Type 3, to be safe.

While that would be a very exciting thing to have, with the knowledge I have of the character in question, I'll have to agree with the guy who said Type 3 Acausality.

Could be. But the character in question is not even implied to be transcendental to the point where Type 9 Immortal is likely. It's just a dragon with spacetime powers, in a franchise where even 'Capital G' Gods can die (even if this requires the combined efforts of several lesser Gods, and the big God basically being stillborn).

This can mean far less than what's being said here. He can just have other versions of himself in other realities whereas the person he's talking to doesn't, or the same + he has access to some Hive Mind-like relationship between his other selves, or can simply get other far lesser benefits from his other selves.

Well, she can, and is known to frequently, dimension-hop. So the awareness of other selves means that Type 3 Acausality is definitely a possibility. And it is known that at least some of the other realities have (or have had) incarnations of the character she spoke with.

Type 3 Acausality could be likely, but my one issue is when it says "Your attacks glance my form" that would imply that their 3d self is more of a shell than anything. Then again, they could just be talking smack...
