What exactly is erasure from existence?

If a character deletes a character from existence, what will happen to that character, will it be deleted from the universe only at that moment, but does it exist in the past or does it completely disappear from the universe and time, or does it disappear from the entire multiverse and time, and can a character that is deleted from existence be revived with the ability to regenerate?

Existence erasure is when you are erased from existence.
Jokes aside, there are many types of existence erasure, but the most basic one is body erasure, it's when you are destroyed to the point where nothing is left. The other types you mentioned depend on the type of existence erasure so for example a character can be erased from history which is far stronger than normal EE, and yes you can regenerate from existence erasure but it depends on the type.

The lowest form of Existance Erasure is the erasure of ones physical existance. Everything else is inferred from feats and mechanics of said Existance Erasure.
