Why is there no longer an "Irrelevant" speed rating? What changes occurred to our speed ratings system that necessitated its removal?

What happened to Irrelevant Speed

It was pretty Irrelevant so we nuked it

Basically what KLOL said; there were split debates, but a common interpretation is that "It's 1-A and above levels of Immeasurable speed" or "Speed the exists outside the concept of time, space, and dimension" which the latter hardly makes it sound like speed and the former would just be Immeasurable speed. And not everyone 1-A really has Immeasurable speed or above anyway, so nuking it seemed best decision. Irrelevant stats are just... irrelevant as Chariot put it.

yeah they were basically in the same boat as true godly and immortality type 10, just slapped to 1-A stuff inherently basically

Basically a Type that was an amped up Type 5 and Type 9 mixed together and given pretty much exclusively to 1-A and above because 1-A was mommy's special boy
