I think it's one of those I/O things. As in, everyone and their mother are Tier 1 (Seriously, even the absolute weakest character is 1-B). They do not have profiles, but they do exist on the ACF wiki (Note that the wiki's in russian so you'll have to use google chrome). The verse's page is right here.
I have no idea about the plot of Dies Irae, but here's the TVTropes page.

I think that I asked DarkLK about this, and that he told me that he doesn't like when we copy too many profiles from ACF without knowing almost anything about the characters and only relying on second-hand information. You can ask him directly if you wish? Or maybe A6colute knows enough to create the profiles?
