Tahyons are particles, so Matter Manipulation its good (limited to tachyons).

What does he do with the Tachyons exactly? Simply manipulation of Tachyons would be Matter Manipulation.

He normally creates bridges made of tachyons to make interestellar travels (he can also turn himself into tachyons when travelling in said bridges). He has used the bridges to fight, as he did in his fight against the Hulk. But basically he controls tachyons, so you both are right, it's matter manipulation. Thank you so much!
