It's Mid for vertical bisection (split in half from head to pelvis, as your brain is cut in half), and Low-Mid for horizontal bisection (split into upper and lower body- because it literally says so on the Regen page)

The ability to regenerate lost limbs, limited brain damage, and even severe organ damage or destruction, including traditionally fatal wounds and disembowelment or horizontal bisection.

well Mid regen cover at least decapitation or severe brain damage, so vertically split in half should be higher than just base Mid regen
