What regen level is this?

Someone pricks their finger on a stalagmite on say, Venus, and draws blood on the rock formation. Months later, that person is reduced to nothing. That person wakes up on Venus, having regenerated from the blood on the stalagmite. I don't know what regen that falls under

Even if it's long dead blood cells? Also, what is regenerating from a fingernail? Same thing? Not sure if it contains DNA or not.

And Fingernails actually do contain DNA, and regening from a fingernail would also be Low-High
