What tier is tilting a planet's axis?

heavily doubt it. the earth's rotational KE is only 61 exatons, 5-C, so unless it was spun WAY faster by the fight, it has no reason to reach higher than that.
could maybe do it like the standard earth split calc and just assume a certain rotation is necessary for it to be visible in space. but then you'd have to assume a timeframe, and it just gets all fuzzy.
