So basically there are these Time Rifts that exist outside the Infinite Multiverse (infinite seperate 4D timelines) that have distorted versions of space and time, or no space and time at all. What tier would this be? Or higher dimension? and what powers would this grant, I'm aware it grants Existence Erasure.
