it only qualifies as high godly if the timeline was wiped as well, right?

It seems like at this point, Mid-Godly is the most inclusive of the Regenerationn types for godly.
I assumed if a multiverse was destroyed. But someone survived and came back from it, even if there is higher dimensions, that should be High-Godly. But then again, idk.
