I'm a bit inexperienced with soccer but I wanted to try out one team. I'll try one for Re: Zero.

Coach: Subaru
Goalie: Petelgeuse (He has a large range, and it's rather difficult to avoid hitting the Unseen Hands considering how their invisible)
Forward: Elsa Granhiert (Her regeneration and pain resistance would make it hard to stop her), Garfiel Tinsel (Incredibly powerful), Roswaal L Mathers (Physically powerful and even more so with magic)
Mid-Fielders: Rem (Decent spells for defense while also being great offense with her horn), Ram (Will encourage Rem to actually help out, although her wind magic isn't bad), Frederica (Decent attack power and speed), Priscilla (More powerful in the sun so she could be of use)
Defenders: Emilia (Can block off many opponents with large walls of ice), Beatrice (Magic can slow or hinder opponents), White Whale (Is big)

Oh right, Street Fighter also went down to tier 9 from tier 7, at least most of the characters. 13 characters still are in that tier, so @CardboardSlime can just change the composition of his team or choose another verse for another tier.

The characters still in tier 7 are: Ryu (With the Satsui no Hado and the Power of Nothingness), Dhalsim, M. Bison (SFV only), Akuma, Gen, Evil Ryu, Kage (they will have two different profiles), Oro, Urien, Gill, Gouken, Oni and Necalli (Torrent of Power).

In that case, how about this. You can make an Arrowverse team for tier 7. And we can add Ben 10 and Yu Yu Hakusho back to the tier 6 roster.

Now before anyone says "But Kukui! 18 teams? That'll be uneven"

Ben 10 and Yu Yu Hakusho won't be added to the main line up. Instead, we can have these 2 extra tier 6 teams to participate in a loser bracket for tier 6. That way, the 8th team for the 2nd round will be fairly decided.
