How is this even fair for stronger character, who have even shown better feats than Peter? Spiderman holding his own with Terminus is pure PIS. Not even Characters like Superman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Thor, and more characters who are stronger than Peter by lightyears was able to even put a dent in Terminus (Yes the DC and Marvel crossover is cannon) Not even Quasar (which apparently adds to the 4-B rating) was able to hurt Terminus and got flung into space.

Regular Spider-Man is not 4-B, he is only 4-B while being powered by the Uni-Power, which turns him into Captain Universe.
